Woodworth Loop-Palmer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>September 20th &amp; 21st: 8am \u2013 noon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Anchorage:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Dena\u2019ina Center, 600 W 7th Avenue<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>September 20th &amp; 21st: 8am\u2013noon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Soldotna:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Central Peninsula Hospital,\u00a0250 Hospital Place<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sept. 27: 8am\u2013noon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Juneau:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Centennial Hall, 101 Egan Drive<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>October 4th 8am-noon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>Lab Tests Available at the Health Fair<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Testing is available to adults over age 18, and results will be sent to you directly. Pre-registration for lab tests and flu shots opens on <strong>August 4th<\/strong>. Pre-registration closes 3 Thursdays before the fair unless a date reaches maximum capacity prior to the scheduled close. <strong>You must register to attend.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fasting and non-fasting labs will be available at some locations. Non-fasting locations are noted when you pre-register. If you prefer a non-fasting lab, please schedule your appointment later in the morning to accommodate fasting participants.<\/p>\n<p>Please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coalitionhealthfair.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pre-registration website<\/a> for more information on the following screening tests, 100% covered by your health plan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chemistry\/Hematology\/A1C<\/li>\n<li>Thyroid Screen<\/li>\n<li>Prostrate Disease Screen (for those age 40 and older)<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin D Test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Flu Shots Available<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Trivalent flu vaccine is offered to eligible participants age 9 and over (pending vaccine availability) and provided by the Coalition. High dose is not offered.
