This is helpful when you\u2019re sick, have minor injuries, or need assistance with ongoing conditions. If you don\u2019t have a PCP, use your annual wellness visit to \u201ctest out\u201d a potential PCP. The Fund covers 100% of the allowed amount for this visit, along with all ACA-recommended preventive services.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wellness and Minor Care Plan participating clinics (find a list at aetf.com) provide preventive, routine, and minor care for $20 per person per visit.<\/li>\n<li>A doctor who specializes in family practice, general practice, internal medicine, OB\/GYN, pediatrics or geriatrics is also an option.\n<ul>\n<li>Choose a provider in the Aetna network. In-network providers may save you money. Search for one at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aetna.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aetna.com<\/a>; choose Aetna Choice\u00ae POS II Open Access.<\/li>\n<li>Choose any provider. If your doctor charges more than the Fund\u2019s allowed amount, you pay the difference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After your visit, think about how it went.
